This all-in-one model with wings is secured in place around your underwear with a popper fastener. Imse Vimse washable sanitary pads provide soft and natural protection during your period, allowing your body to breathe and helping you to feel fresh.

The pads are made of natural, pure, environmentally-friendly cotton that is guaranteed free from chemicals.

Fabric: The pads are made of 100% organic cotton. All the sanitary pads are reinforced with a thin layer of polyurethane laminated polyester to make them leak proof.

Washing instructions: Place them in a small bucket. Before machine-washing, rinse the pads in cold water (in your machine if it has a rinse cycle). Machine wash at 60° C. Hang dry. If you are using cloth nappies, then simply wash with your nappies.
